Your satisfaction matters to us. Every order is backed by our 30-Day Service Guarantee. If we don’t deliver what you ordered within 30 days of purchase, we’ll make it right — either by re-fulfilling your order or issuing a refund, at our discretion.

What Qualifies

You’re covered under our 30-Day Service Guarantee if:

• Your order was not delivered within 30 days of purchase.

• What was delivered was materially different from what was described on the product page (reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation).

What Doesn’t Qualify

Refunds are not available for:

• Orders that have been delivered and confirmed.

• Drops in metrics after delivery due to social media platform changes — these are outside our control.

• General dissatisfaction with results where the order was delivered as described.

• User error, such as providing the wrong profile link, having a private account, or changing your username during fulfillment.

• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically process within 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.
